I have been traing depth for 3 years, in 20m pools in France, in Javea (Spain) and in Dahab. I improve slowly, at my own rythm, without pushing it. I got my AIDA 3 certification in 2023 and I am in the process of validating my AIDA 4. My current PB is 30m at Nemo 33 (Brussels).
